This service is an answer to the most demanding clients' expectations. The Extended Design Architect's Supervision is in fact a form of taking over the work supervision on behalf of the investor.

The Extended Design Architect's Supervision is addressed to people, who from different reasons, do not want to or cannot take part in on their own in the process of implementation of the investment, or people who lack professional knowledge in this field and do not want face this challenge on their own.

From work coordination to turnkey implementation

Within the Extended Design Architect's Supervision we offer our clients a wide range of investment works' coordination, individual elements manufacturing (furniture, glass and steel elements etc.) as well as the finishing materials and furniture delivery. Choosing the best option of the Extended Design Architect's Supervision, that is the "Turnkey" option, relieves our clients from the need of contacting the contractors and enables us to fully take over the coordination of the investment.

Depending on the scope of cooperation, within the Extended Design Architect's Supervision service, our design studio:

• recommends contractors cooperating with our company, which evaluate the scope of works to be done and carry them, on the basis of the project, out later on (general construction, parquet, furniture, steel + glass, chimney, sauna, and air-conditioning works etc.)

• coordinates the work schedule ensuring the right flow of works to be done till the final cleaning up of the designed space,

• coordinates the purchase and delivery of the materials listed and accepted by the client, so as to ensure the right flow of works,

• is in contact with the contractors carrying out the works so that any potential arrangements, adjustments and elaborations of the technological solutions could be made when necessary,

• is present at the investment site so as to ensure that the works are carried out according to the project, and to implement any potential technical adjustments that might need to be done,

• coordinates the purchase and delivery of the furniture, the process of assembling all the ready-made elements as well as those made on the basis of technical drawings prepared at the stage of creating the design documentation.
