This package is addressed to clients whose aim is an improvement or adjustment of the functional arrangement of their house or flat, which is under construction or which already exists, to their needs.

The occupancy dwellings alteration project includes:

• 2-3 concepts of the functional arrangement of the designed interior (horizontal projections with partition walls arrangement, furniture location, kitchen and bathroom layout),

• a detailed functional plan of the interior prepared on the basis of the concept chosen,

• wiring, plumbing and central heating points localisation project.

COMPRENHENSIVE PROJECT

This package is addressed to clients expecting a comprehensive interior design project service including a detailed list of all elements and materials used, as well as visualisations, and an exhaustive set of technical drawings necessary to the completion of the implementation.

The comprehensive project includes:

• 2-3 concepts of the functional arrangement of the designed interior (horizontal projections with partition walls arrangement, furniture location, kitchen and bathroom layout),

• a detailed functional plan of the interior prepared on the basis of the concept chosen,

• computer visualisations of the designed interiors,

• wiring, plumbing and central heating points localisation project,

• points of connection to the basic audio system for the living room localisation project,

• floor pattern project (horizontal projections with a selection of colours and materials),

• a developed view of walls (a developed view of interiors with a selection of colours, finishing and window frame materials),

• ceiling projects (horizontal projections of suspended ceilings, decorative openings, and details),

• built-in kitchen cabinets project with suggested household appliances and a kitchen fitting valuation,

• architectural details project, i.e. drywalls, fireplaces etc.

• furniture project made to order with its valuation,

• implementation specifications for contractors' technical drawings,

• a list of suggested interior elements, furniture, lighting, sanitary ceramics, bathroom fixtures, wall and floor covering, decorative elements, carpets, paintings, graphic arts, etc. with their name, brand, type, price and the place they can be bought,

• estimated costs of arrangement elements (possible labour cost valuation made by cooperative contractors),

• partial architect's supervision.
